We want you to love everything you order from ZANDI. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy. Please read the guidelines below before submitting your request.

Return Conditions

• ✓  Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
• ✓  Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached
• ✓  Items must be in their original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

• Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia): €10 return fee, deducted from your refund
• Rest of Europe: Return shipping covered by the customer
• Faulty or damaged items: Free return, contact us at info@zandibrand.com

Refunds

• Your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of your return request
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• We may withhold the refund until the item has been received and inspected

Need a different size? Email us at info@zandibrand.com before submitting a return and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange.
